Demonopol are experts in tokenization.

Tokenization as a service. Real estate tokenization. Business tokenization.

Seed round closed. The private round is open, and it stops at $440,000.

Every $100 is a ticket at $150,000 in cash.

One ticket's worst-case chance at the $100,000 is 1 in 4,400, and at something is 1 in 44. Both are fixed by the cap before a single ticket is sold, and both can be checked against the published register once the round closes.

Prizes are paid in cash, not in $MONO. Winning tickets are selected on-chain once the round closes, and the randomness, the register and the payouts are all published.

Do the arithmetic yourself.

Nothing here is rounded in our favour. Tickets round down, odds round against us, and every figure is the worst case rather than the flattering one.

10 tickets

Worst-case chance at something
1 in 5
Worst-case chance at the grand prize
1 in 440

“Worst case” means every one of the 4,400 tickets sells. Fewer tickets sold, better odds.

Every part of this can be checked.

Not because we say so. Because each step leaves something behind — a transaction, a published register, a number fixed in advance — that you can go and look at yourself.

Nobody here picks the winners

Winning tickets come from a decentralized verifiable random function. The request and the response are both on-chain transactions, published with the result, so anyone can confirm afterwards that the number used is the number that came back and that we did not choose it.

How that runs, step by step

The full ticket register is published before the draw

When the round closes the register is frozen and published in full — every ticket and the wallet it belongs to. You can find your own tickets in it, count the field yourself, and check the winning numbers against it once they are drawn.

The odds are fixed before a single ticket is sold

The round stops at $440,000, so at $100 a ticket no more than 4,400 tickets can ever exist and 101 of them win. That is why this page can print your worst-case odds instead of asking you to trust a number that moves.

Prizes are cash, and identity is checked before they are paid

$150,000 is paid in cash, not in $MONO that would have to appreciate first. Winners are contacted on the details given with their contribution, and verification is completed before any prize is paid.

No tasks, no referral chain, no third-party competition site

Tickets come from the contribution and nothing else. You are never asked to retweet, to recruit anyone, or to connect a wallet to some other site to register an entry.

What the expertise is spent on.

Real estate is where this is going. Business tokenization is what works under today's law, and it is the bridge that carries us — and the people who back us — across to it.

Tokenization as a service

Selling

The tokenization infrastructure itself, built and run for outside operators who want to issue against their own assets.

It is a revenue line, not a promise. Demonopol charged its own platform fee against its own flagship before selling the model to anybody else.

Real estate tokenization

Framing

Fractionalized property. High ticket, and deliberately slow.

Vietnamese law is still being framed around it. We are not pushing something the law has not caught up to, and we are not waiting for it either.

Business tokenization

Live

Operating businesses turned into revenue rights that can be bought at any size and resold once resale opens.

Model 01 is open: D.E.A.L, a café in Tây Hồ, Hanoi that serves customers every day. Six models are in the pipeline. You can stand inside the first one.

How your tickets are registered.

Four steps, each one leaving something behind that can be checked after the fact.

  1. 01

You contribute, and tickets are registered to you

Every $100 contributed to the private round registers one ticket against your wallet as the contribution settles. There is no task to complete, no post to share, no referral to chase.

  2. 02

The round closes and the register is frozen

The private round stops at $440,000 or when we close it, whichever comes first. At that moment the ticket register is final and published in full — every ticket, every wallet, counted.

  3. 03

    Randomness is requested on-chain

Winning tickets are selected with a decentralized verifiable random function. The request and the response are both transactions: anyone can pull them up afterwards and check that the number used was the number returned, and that nobody chose it.

  4. 04

Winners are published, then paid in cash

The winning ticket numbers, the transaction hashes and the payouts are published together. $100,000 to one ticket. $500 to each of 100 more.

Take your tickets.

$100 is one ticket. $100,000 to one, $50,000 across 100 more, paid in cash when the round closes.

Step 1 of 4: your details. Then you sign in, verify your identity once, and pay by card or crypto. Your tickets are counted when the contribution settles.

So we can confirm the offer is available where you live.

There is no minimum. This only helps us plan.

How you'd prefer to pay

No seed phrase needed. Nothing is charged at this step.

We use these details only to take your contribution forward and to confirm the offer is available where you live. We don't share them for marketing, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

The questions worth asking.

Is the prize real money?

Yes. $100,000 to one ticket and $500 to each of 100 more, paid in cash — not in $MONO, and not in tokens that have to appreciate first.

How do I get tickets?

Contribute to the private round. Every $100 is one ticket, counted automatically as your contribution settles.

There is nothing else to do. No task list, no retweet, no referral chain.

How can you state the odds in advance?

Because the round is capped. $440,000 at $100 a ticket is 4,400 tickets, and no more can exist. 101 of them win.

So the worst your odds can be is 1 in 44, and only if every ticket sells. An uncapped presale cannot say this, because there is no limit on how many people you are drawn against.

Who picks the winners?

Nobody. When the round closes the ticket register is frozen and published, then randomness is requested on-chain through a decentralized verifiable random function.

The request and the response are both transactions. Anyone can pull them up afterwards and confirm the number used is the number that came back.

What if the round does not fill?

The prizes do not change. Fewer tickets sold means the same prizes across a smaller field, so everyone who contributed has better odds than the worst case printed here.

The rules, in full.

Entry
One ticket for every $100 contributed to the Demonopol private round, which stops at $440,000. Tickets round down. Contributions count once they have settled.
Prizes
$100,000 in cash to one ticket. $500 in cash to each of 100 further tickets. 101 winning tickets, $150,000 in total. Prizes are not exchangeable for $MONO.
Field
A maximum of 4,400 tickets can exist, because the round is capped. One ticket cannot win twice. If the round does not fill, the same prizes are drawn across a smaller field.
Selection
Held once the private round closes. The ticket register is frozen and published first; winners are then selected using a decentralized verifiable random function, and the request and response transactions are published with the result.
Payment
Winners are contacted on the details given with their contribution and paid in cash. Identity verification is completed before any prize is paid.
Eligibility
Open to private round contributors who complete identity verification. Not open where a purchase-linked prize draw is restricted by local law, or to Demonopol personnel and their immediate families. Contributors are responsible for their own taxes on a prize.

Demonopol makes no promise about what $MONO will be worth, at any time. Contributing to a token round can lose you money.
